Question: Why Did You Get Into Healthcare?

Dr. Krill: I realized my desire to become a physician as a high school student. I always loved science throughout school and was exposed to medicine early through family members who were physicians. What ultimately drew me to medicine was the application of science to improving the health and welfare of those in my community.

Question: What Drew You To Gastroenterology?

Dr. Krill: In medical school, I enjoyed learning about gastrointestinal physiology and pathology along with the medicine and procedures used to treat them. Additionally, the application of technology to the development of new procedures and techniques particularly appealed to me.
