What is your office location and hours of operation?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.

Are there age requirements for DHA patients?

Yes, our physicians service patients from 16 years to 99+ years.

Does DHA take Wellcare?​

Yes, with a valid referral from your primary care doctor.

Does DHA take Community Health Choice?

Yes, with a valid referral from your primary care doctor.

How much is a self-pay consultation?​

Can I schedule a routine colonoscopy without seeing the doctor?​

Patients can schedule their routine colonoscopy through Open Access. Please call our office at 713-468-2030 and speak with a procedure scheduler who will verify your eligibility and provide you with your Open Access forms.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled over the phone by calling our office at 713-468-2030 or by sending your request by email to [email protected]. You will receive an appointment confirmation email within 48 hours. For immediate attention, please call our office directly.

What information do I need to schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be made online by clicking on the Appointment Request tab at the top of our website. You can also call our office at 713-468-2030. Please have your insurance information ready. If your insurance requires a referral, please contact your primary care doctor to request the referral prior to scheduling your appointment.

Are same day or next day appointments available?

We typically schedule at least two days in advance. To check whether we have available appointment slots for immediate support, please call our office directly at 713-468-2030.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please provide our office a copy of your driver’s license or identification card along with your current medical insurance identification cards, most recent medical records, and a list of your current medications.

Where can I locate the new patient forms, and can these forms be completed online?

Yes. Click on the Patient Portal link at the top of our website to access the forms to be completed.

How can I contact the DHA doctors after office hours?

The DHA office can be reached after hours at 713-468-2030. Our answering service will take your call and contact one of our doctors on your behalf.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, payments can be authorized by submitting your request online through the website payment option of our website. Click the Pay Online tab at the top of our website.

What is the process for requesting a prescription refill?

Prescriptions can be refilled by calling your local pharmacy and requesting a refill. If approval is necessary, your pharmacy will contact the DHA office about your request. Prescriptions are filled Monday through Friday during business hours. You can also call our office and leave a message or send a request by email for your nurse at [email protected]. The nurse will respond to your request within 48 hours.

Do the DHA doctors also provide services through Memorial Hermann Memorial City?

Yes. Dr. G.S. Ramesh, Dr. J. George Sun, Dr. Cristian Dominguez, and Dr. Joseph Krill have privileges at Memorial Hermann Memorial City hospital.
